Gladys Murphy is a boisterous woman who makes embarrassing announcements, generally of a scatological or sexual nature. Her children do really embarrassing things like gluing her to the toilet and stealing money from a malfunctioning bank machine.
Personality[]
Gladys' personality is similar to her VA (Wanda), where it is practical, down-to-earth, sassy, and larger-than-life. She also can succumb to sarcastic remarks, which can be painful to those around her.

- Gladys had made 16 appearances, with her final appearance being the sketch where she calls a charm school for her daughter, Princess. After that, she had been retired for unknown reasons. She never made any appearances in Season 4 (The MTV2 season). She came back in the seventh episode for the fifth season, where she made a cameo in Roy Wood Jr.'s crank call. She made her first new appearance in the eighth episode, with a new crank call.
- She is described as a Samaritan, meaning that she is charitable and helpful. For example, in one sketch, she wanted to teach her son about getting rewarded for doing it right and being honest. At the end, she and her son were actually rewarded. And in another sketch, she had worked with a charity organization for homeless people. The homeless people go on a wild shopping spree, and at the end, the organization pays for whatever clothes they grab off the racks and shelves.
