Robert "Bobby" Fletcher is Special Ed's drug-using underachiever older cousin.
Personality[]
Bobby is affable and fun-loving, but also extremely rude, impolite, and insulting (though he is usually ignorant to this). He is known for generating copious amounts of gas and belching into the phone.
He is something of a coward, such as once, when he called a woman retarded, she asked him about it and he immediately denied this and carried on the conversation.

- In one episode, Bobby accidentally murdered his own grandfather by pushing his head into his bathtub out of annoyance.
- His name sounds similar to Bobbie Fletcher from The Loud House spelled with "IE" instead of "Y."
